1. Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of personalized items, all sales of personalized products are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any personalized or custom-made products unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.
2. Non-Personalized Tools and Materials
For tools and materials that are not personalized, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
